A 5936 square feet traditional Kerala-style house in Kollad, Kottayam. Though the house is designated for four members, it is designed for family get-togethers. The house has four bedrooms with attached bathrooms and two halls on each floor with connected hallways. The hall on the first floor is designed for communal activities and the floor on the ground floor is designed to accommodate additional bed spaces and study with operable partition walls. Both the floors have vehicular access utilising their terrain.
