An 1800 Square Feet House by the side of Main Central (M.C) Road in Pallom, Kottayam. This single-storeyed house has an additional volume by increasing its height. this additional height is provided with glass wall cut-outs of which a small portion is left open to ventilate the space. From the living room, one enters an antechamber with pergolas, from where the three bedrooms as entred. this house has a large attic with louvered ends which helps in cooling the living spaces below along with increase volume.  The well ventilated attic is used as  a study or as an evening tea space.
